What do I do if I receive an empty envelope or the wrong product?

Email Us: Contact us at [email protected] to open a support claim. Please include your order number and the name on the order.

Provide Details: In your email, describe whether the package arrived damaged or appeared tampered with. Let us know which product(s) you received and what is missing.

Shipping & Tracking

I did not receive a confirmation email for my order.

You should have received an order confirmation email as well as a shipping confirmation email from us with your tracking information included sent to the email address provided at checkout.

If you did not receive a confirmation email, it is possible that it could have either landed in your spam folder or an incorrect email was entered at checkout

When can I expect to receive my order if I selected express 2 day shipping?

Orders placed on business days before 10am PST will be shipped the same day, except on public holidays or during periods of high order volume. Orders placed after 10am PST will be shipped the following business day.

Express 2-Day Shipping through FedEx is expected to be delivered within 2 business days of the shipment date. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process before it is shipped. *Note that FedEx does not deliver on weekends.

Unfortunately, at this time, we only offer our products within the United States and do not ship internationally.

Are BrandPackOne packages discrete?

Our packaging is always discrete!

All of our orders are shipped in packages that are standard brown/white boxes or mailers, and our name on the label under the return address is Fulfillment Center, so it is not obvious what is within.

You do not need to sign for any of our products upon delivery. We also utilize smell-proof bags to mitigate the smell, and we put our THCA products in boxes instead of mailers to ensure their protection.

Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

When do you restock your products?

We do apologize that the product you are looking for is out of stock at the moment as it has been in high demand! At this time, I recommend heading to your favorite product’s page and opt for "email me when available" so you receive a notification as soon as it is restocked!

How do I cancel my order?

You have until before your order is processed to cancel your order.

You will be notified via email when your order has been processed. If your order has been processed and you wish to cancel, you may send it back to us upon receipt of your items but we do ask that you pay for the shipping costs.

I would like to start a return for an unopened product.

You must notify us within 14 days of delivery if there is an issue with your purchase to be eligible for a return. Please reach out to us at [email protected] with the reason for your return, and our customer service team would be happy to help get that processed for you!

How often do you restock your products?

We aim to restock our products as quickly as possible, but restocking times can vary depending on demand and supplier availability. If an item you're looking for is out of stock, we recommend checking back regularly or signing up for restock notifications on the product page to be notified as soon as it's available again. Are your gummies Vegan, Non-GMO, and coconut free?

Our gummies are indeed vegan and non-GMO! However, all of our gummy products do include coconut oil in the ingredients.

What kind of B12 is used in your new products?

We use Cyanocobalamin B12 in the products that contain B12

Can I travel out of the country with your products?

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide specific guidance regarding the legality of traveling with our products out of the country. Laws and regulations regarding Hemp products can vary significantly between countries and regions.
