Express Shipping: FedEx Express with delivery expected within 4 business days from the shipment date. Please note, FedEx does not deliver on weekends.
Email Updates: By providing your email address and/or phone number, you agree to receive shipping confirmation and updates.
Tracking Information: A tracking email will be sent once your order ships so you can monitor its progress.
Correct Address: Ensure your shipping address is accurate. Changes can only be made before the order is processed.

Effectiveness Not Guaranteed: Refunds are not granted for product effectiveness as cannabinoid effects vary by individual.
Post-Processing Cancellations: If your order has already been processed, you may return it at your own expense.

First-Time Purchase: Applies only to first-time purchases of a specific product from our online store.
Product Condition: The product must be at least half full.
Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
Exclusions: Sale items, packs, and bundles do not qualify. For THCA Flower, only one 3.5g product qualifies.

Shipping: Upon approval, you will receive a return label via email.
Store Credit: After receiving and verifying the return, we’ll issue a store credit code via email.
Covered: Items are considered “lost” if they have not been marked as delivered and there has been no tracking update for 5 business days. Claims must be filed within 15 days of the last tracking update.
Not Covered:
Incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Covered: A package is deemed damaged if the product is unusable. Photo evidence must be submitted for review and approval.
